DJP200型鐵路架鋪機(jī)是本公司根據(jù)我國未來鐵路建設(shè)的發(fā)展要求，并結(jié)合多年研發(fā)鐵路架橋機(jī)、鐵路鋪軌機(jī)及公鐵兩用架橋機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上又推向市場的新產(chǎn)品。該機(jī)具備了架設(shè)32米、200噸及以下各種預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T型梁（架梁速度：1孔/1.5小時(shí)）和懸臂鋪設(shè)25米線路軌排（設(shè)計(jì)鋪軌速度：5分鐘/排）的功能，鋪線路軌時(shí)機(jī)內(nèi)可存6層軌排。解決了傳統(tǒng)鐵路鋪架作業(yè)中架橋與鋪軌兩套主機(jī)交替作業(yè)的問題。該機(jī)機(jī)臂總成分5節(jié)采用銷接拼裝結(jié)構(gòu)而成，車體分3節(jié)采用銷接拼裝而成，柱體與車體螺栓連接，轉(zhuǎn)向架為前六軸后四軸，單件最大重量控制在20噸以內(nèi)，使之可解體公路運(yùn)輸，避免了傳統(tǒng)鐵路架橋機(jī)運(yùn)輸中辦理過軌運(yùn)輸?shù)葻┈嵤掷m(xù)。

本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)合理，使用方便，結(jié)合了傳統(tǒng)鐵路架鋪設(shè)備的主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)，具有一機(jī)兩用、作業(yè)效率高、性價(jià)比優(yōu)越的特點(diǎn)。

DJP200 model railway girder erection equipment is a modern type of machinery developed to serve China's modern railway construction. This machine main technical parameter: span 32 meters, lifting capacity 200 tons , suitable for a variety of pre stressed concrete T-beam, (girder erection speed: 1 span /1.5 hour) and cantilever out 25m laying track panel with design laying speed: 5 minutes / row, 6 panels per load. This combination operation had saved the conventional method which reduced the need of conveyance machine. The main girder is the main part of this machine to carry major load. It consists of 5 units of section which are to be pinned together. Every part weight control at less than 20 tons to ease road transportation.
